This is such a darling double layered ruffle petticoat skirt from the 1950's.  The top mesh is black, but the last three inches is a super shiny crinkly silver ruffle on both layers.  It is meant to be worn under a dress to give volume to the skirt, but it will look chic on its own as well. I love the idea of pairing this skirt with a cutoff cropped tee and combat boots.  The perfect look for a festival or a night on the town.  Will also be a great addition to your costume closet for dress up, Halloween or themed events. (Tu-Tu Tuesday anyone?)  This type of petticoat is perfect for a 1950's event or costume.  Also great for a pinup or Rockabilly style photoshoot.  There is a lot of layers and volume to this skirt and it will look great as you spin and twirl around.  We've styled it for a Halloween costume look of "Western Wench,"  but it could easily be for a shiny Little Bo' Peep as well :)
 
CONDITION:
 This petticoat is in good vintage condition.  There are no major stains or discolorations. The ruffles could be straightened a bit if you prefer, but I personally love the crinkly look 10/10
