This One of a Kind Upcycled Vest celebrates our favorite musician, Tipper. The base is a basic a metallic silver paisley - made with tinsel in the fabric, it reflects light and sparkles. The back features a handmade coordinating black and white paisley embroiderd question mark. This one of a kind vest is in great vintage condition. There are no blemishes to note. Comes with extra button just in case. Every embellishment has been sewn on with machine, or by hand, for a very secure hold. 10/10
