 These handmade upcycled bell bottom leg warmers are some of my favorite creations! Great on bare legs or over leggings/jeans/tights for a bright & tropical bell bottom added to any look! Not to mention, great for chilly festival nights, as an added layer on the legs. This pair is designed to sit right above the knee. They feature a thick elastic band, for maximum security & minimal "digging in" :) 
 
 CONDITION:
 These handmade leg warmers are in great vintage condition. There are no stains or discolorations to note. There are no holes, snags, or repairs in the fabric. All seams are intact. No hardware. 10/10
