This vest is silky, shiny, metallic, and very fun! Its definitely handmade and pretty well done - aside for the visible seams on the inside, which who would even notice? The lining is silky and slippery, so this vest will be super comfortable if worn as a top on its own. The blue is rich and the silver pops. You are sure to get compliments on this guy. Buttons are decorative.

 This vest is in good vintage condition. There are no stains or discolorations on the outside, but there are some blemishes in the lining. There are no holes, tears, snags, or repairs to this piece. Buttons are all original and intact. Handmade. 9/10
