I love me a modest piece that can be sexy! Modest in that it covers all the skin, but as sexy as what you decide to wear underneath it, if anything! This blouse is highly flattering - elongating the arms & highlighting the waist. The waist has elastic and comes with a gold tie "belt" that can be removed if you prefer. I love the scalloped lace edges on the hips and the wrists. This blouse looks great with a pencil skirt or trousers, for a buttoned up formal look.
